At Hanoi Drip, we've combined ube with another Southeast Asian tradition: Vietnamese phin drip coffee. Our Ube Coconut Latte pairs ube syrup and creamy coconut milk with a shot of bold robusta coffee brewed through the traditional phin filter. It's sweet, aromatic, and visually stunning — and it's become one of our most-ordered drinks.
The vivid purple comes from real ube extract — no artificial dyes. Every cup is naturally beautiful.
We use creamy coconut milk instead of dairy, giving the latte a tropical richness that complements the ube perfectly.

What makes Hanoi Drip's version distinctive is the Vietnamese coffee foundation. Most ube lattes in Vancouver use espresso — we use robusta phin drip, which is stronger, more complex, and deeply rooted in Vietnamese café culture. The combination of ube, coconut, and phin coffee is uniquely ours.
