Hanoi Drip was born from a simple belief: that Vancouver deserved to experience Vietnamese coffee the way it's meant to be — slow-brewed through a traditional phin filter, bold and unapologetic, served with care and authenticity.
Founded in Vancouver, BC, Hanoi Drip has grown to three locations across Metro Vancouver, earning a reputation as the city's destination for authentic Vietnamese phin drip coffee. From our Famous Egg Coffee (cà phê trứng) to our Ube Coconut Coffee, every drink on our menu is a love letter to Vietnam's rich coffee tradition.
We source our beans directly from Vietnam's three premier growing regions — Da Lat, Lâm Đồng, and Buôn Ma Thuột — blending Robusta and Arabica to create the bold, chocolatey, low-acid profile that defines Vietnamese coffee.
Today, with over 1,000 Google reviews across three locations and an average rating of 4.7 stars, Hanoi Drip has become a beloved part of Vancouver's diverse food and coffee scene — and a growing wholesale supplier to cafes and restaurants across Metro Vancouver.
What Sets Us Apart
