Buy Beans & Phin FiltersThe best Vietnamese coffee starts with the right beans and the right technique. These recipes use Vietnamese robusta brewed through a traditional phin filter — the same method we use at Hanoi Drip.
You can buy our house robusta blend pre-ground for phin brewing at any of our three locations, or through our online store. Phin filters are also available in-store.
