View Our MenuHanoi Drip is a specialty coffee shop in Vancouver focused entirely on Vietnamese coffee culture. We brew every cup to order through the traditional phin filter — a slow, gravity-fed method that produces a bold, concentrated coffee unlike anything from an espresso machine.
We opened our first location on Rupert Street in East Vancouver to serve the Vietnamese community and anyone curious about a different way to drink coffee. Since then, we've expanded to Mount Pleasant and Richmond, bringing authentic Vietnamese coffee to more neighbourhoods across Metro Vancouver.
Whether you're a longtime fan of cà phê sữa đá or trying Vietnamese coffee for the first time, our coffee shop is built to welcome you.
We don't use espresso machines for our Vietnamese coffee. Every cup is brewed through the traditional phin filter — slow, intentional, and full of flavour.
Our beans are sourced directly from family farms in Vietnam's Central Highlands. Bold, earthy, and high-caffeine — the backbone of authentic Vietnamese coffee.
Egg coffee, salted cream coffee, coconut coffee, ube latte — our menu is rooted in Vietnamese tradition with a few creative twists.

Vancouver is home to one of Canada's largest Vietnamese communities, and Vietnamese coffee has been part of that culture for generations. Hanoi Drip exists to honour that tradition and share it with the broader city.
Our coffee shops are designed to feel welcoming and unhurried. We want you to slow down, watch your phin drip, and actually taste what's in your cup. That's a different experience from most coffee shops in Vancouver — and it's the one we're proud to offer.
We also offer online ordering through all three locations, wholesale beans for cafés and offices, and retail bags to brew at home.
