Our Richmond café at 12560 Bridgeport Road brings the same slow-brewed phin drip coffee, egg coffee, and Vietnamese café culture that we've built in East Vancouver and Mount Pleasant. Every cup is brewed to order through the traditional phin filter using 100% robusta beans sourced from family farms in Vietnam's Central Highlands.

Vietnamese coffee has a distinct identity from the café culture of other countries. It's slower, more intentional — the phin filter takes 4–5 minutes to brew, producing a concentrated, full-bodied cup that's meant to be savoured. In Vietnam, coffee shops are gathering places, not just fuel stops.
